Does anyone know what this hearing is for? It says it's a status conference. I'm assuming that they will be setting the dates for trial.

I'm really wondering if Pickles is pushing for a settlement and trying to get the best deal for Dr Schena. I'm still trying to figure out HOW they could defend this.

If he goes to trial and loses, those 4 counts could really add up in regards to time. First, the extra points considering Mark is an officer of the company, next that he has denied guilt the whole way and has taken no responsibility.

The stakes could not be higher.
