As we've seen from many completely unrelated links posted on this forum, the name "Patient Access Solutions" is sufficiently generic within the health care industry to cause significant confusion. It's the perfect name if you are orchestrating a scam. Look, even Experian (another credit bureau like TransUnion) has ties to "Patient Access Solutions". Of course, I'm being facetious, please don't draw any connections to Experian after clicking on the link.

Not suggesting that JG is running a scam here, just saying the generic name coupled with no corporate website and the fact that we have only identified 2-3 people within the company, the thought has definitely crossed my mind. I'm quite surprised that no one else here has raised the lack of a website as a potential red flag. The no website thing has been on my mind for many months now. I've been patiently wait for one to be announced or someone to call attention to it.
