What money? The plan says otherwise. Unless that stalking bid was just a farce.
My friend called me at beginning of Nov and said look at bigger picture. This was about saving the malls of America. Simon Group just added JCP to their balance sheet for basically free. They’ll get the DIP that wasn’t Used back. Add billions to balance sheet for under 1B. If we were in the money we wouldn’t be hovering for 1 or 2 cent today. No way.
