It takes experience and wisdom to understand the message of the market. But even entry level traders can see the price action of erhe and realize that anyone trying to sell in size would have difficulty getting even $.0001 as there is no depth to the bid. To look at a few hundred dollars worth of shares traded at $.0009 or $.0006 and conclude erhe is worth that much, particularly with shares now trading on the grey market, would be a serious mistake - much like concluding there is a done deal when nothing has been announced and no such deal is being priced into erhe shares.

Facts matter.

But regarding the idea that power goes with money, I agree. That is why whatever deal erhc might obtain, terms will favor the new partner and take advantage of erhc's financial weakness.
