He will reach out to MMs and TA after the order is done and the paperwork is in order (with NV SOS and SEC). That means we will be getting a NV SOS share update and paperwork, then a SEC Filing, then a status check with courts. Once those things happen THEN he will go after MMs to uphold the 15c2-11 to get it unsolicited not before, IMO.

Again this is not a flip play and may need you to park your money here for a few months until the right wave pops off. Study other DL tickers, but unlike those in the past, I feel this is a special one where DL may test the limits of share cancelation with regards to NV law. NV law does not bar judges from authorizing share cancelation especially in the favor of shareholders in custodianships - the judge has allowed that to happen in the past which looks good for us going forward. Even though, he may be able to cancel those shares without the judge ordering it but signing off on it in a subsequent status check AFTER the proof of claims. We are in a good spot here with good news or better news.

Hope that clarifies things some more.
