No updates on NVSOS, SEC, or NV Courts yet.

Thanks for the posts everyone but let's stick to legal facts thanks.

I expect rough sailing with choppy waters until the week of December 14th until Proof of Claims order is done and filed with the clerk. Any updates on anything (NVSOS, SEC, whatever) will be after that or after the next status check/court hearing before EOY.

We need two more hearings at least before termination is done (termination means DL is CEO custodianship is done and ready for RM) possibly three hearings if he cancels shares after asking an order from judge in one of the subsequent hearings coming up. If he does without another order he still needs to wait for the proof of claims to goes through without a issue.

Hope that helps clarify things. Many people posting stuff.
