Lets do some math today.
Units issued = 33,333,400 = 33,333,400 common and 16,666,700 warrants.
Total common equivalent = 50,000,100 shares added to outstanding shares if exorcised.
Current outstanding shares are around 643 million with float round 462 million.
New outstanding shares will be 676,333,400 shares.
When they sell all shares the float goes to 495,333,400.

Common shares = 5% of total shares outstanding.
Warrants = 2.5% of outstanding.

Cost is 0.30 per 33,333,400 common share = $10,000,020
Cost is 0.40 per warrant share = $6,666,680
Total cost when all shares exorcised = $16,666,700 for 50,000,00 = 0.333334 if averaged out per share.

The question is how long will they hold them before they sell?
It does give some support for 0.30 and 0.40.
