Anytime you add more to something, it is dilutive by definition.

In 2007, there were less than 50 million shares:

"As of September 25, 2007, 49,934,850 shares of common stock Class A are issued and outstanding"

Now there are over 854 million shares.

So Kim has diluted over 800 million shares in the past 13 years.

And the S-1 offering shows that there is another 150 million shares ready to be diluted on top of that. We are all just waiting for that BIG shoe to drop...
