this showed up in a screener for me last night because of the crazy spike two days ago. No public news, no reason for the spike. Someone must have pumped this hard. The crazy part is that bid is still up there this morning (but that could change closer to the bell).

If you go to the OTC website, they have a STOP warning for this symbol, because they have not been filing anything with the SEC and have not released any material public information in years.

Betting this is back at $0.5 by EOD.
