So the block 4 issue has been resolved??????? but the outcome won't be announced until covid is beaten and oil prices are, well, I don't know what that means - higher, lower, stable, reflective of climate change initiatives? One would think after years of litigation, the resolution of such and the commencement of exploration and development that could take years would be announced and begun yesterday.

he accomplished his purpose in that position (resolve block four dispute) and was awarded a better position. We are just waiting for COVID and oil prices before announcing.

Does this mean nothing will happen in block 4 until oil prices reach a certain price? And if that level is not reached nothing will ever happen?

Does it mean that if covid returns every year like the flu, nothing will ever happen in block 4?

Sorry, this entire new narrative regarding why no Total deal with erhc has been announced doesn't hold water.
