And sadly, at this point, it has to be described as a "con". Making his loyal voters believe something that simply isnt true. Sidney Powell played her part, and Giuliani played his.

And again, they never claimed fraud in any of their legal challenges. Just claims about small numbers of votes that would never change the outcome.
