If DA isn't signed then my guess would be a class action law suit is headed towards Bruce, JG and any other people involved for misleading investors. I don't think either of them want that kind of heat. I doubt CLX would want that kind of heat either coming out of the gate. A company trying to go public that was part of a scam to mislead investors? Doesn't seem likely. One can delete all their tweets but the interwebs don't forget and their is plenty of things out there pointing at Bruce, JG, CLX, UST, Sirus etc.
