BLF owns the licenses and is contractually committed to paying the licensing fees.

Game On doesn't own licenses, and isn't contractually committed to them; Game On simply holds the inventory and is selling it to recoup debt owed.

Currently 2 filings behind on their OTHER shit-show, but shareholders don't care because old filings suggest its profitable, and the post-split SS makes it appear attractive...
