Also, a vaccine is not a panacea. We need 70% of population to be vaccinated for heard immunity, only 55% of the population +- say they are willing to be vaccinated. And that doesn’t include the population for which the vaccine has not been granted permission to vaccinate.

I have to think the Govt knows this.
