we are a stones throw away from the vote, hopefully the majority have their votes in to approve the buyout, after which the only Q will be do we get the 12.5 cents or something near that, and then secondly whats the payout timeframe, a few weeks? At a dime, we are now at 25% profit potential, in what should be fairly short order, still pretty decent.
