It doesn’t matter what has or does happen to other companies as in this case $340,000 was received as a down payment and the balance of the $4.34 mil total was paid upfront at closing. Showing that other companies have cash paid upfront and then other payments coming as part of their disclosed deals has zero to do here as it has been plainly documented that nothing more is ever coming.
