Nobody has said that's what "up front" always means. What has been said is what it meant in this transaction, and it has been clearly defined/described by the monitor.

Just moving the goal posts back where they were.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
