And then?? If this goes according to history.... pps rose (minimally) ahead of an earnings call and then will drop after there was no mention of titan or anything significant.

Let me ask this question to the scoopers. If MDT has locked down Titan from any mentions of any news that would cause a rise in the PPS why would they themselves then come out and say something that would increase their cost of a possible acquisition?

I’ll await your well thought out answers on this.
