What's so great about this "Extraordinary General Mtg" sched. Dec. 17th when their agenda includes a further dilution of 200Mill. more shares, and to friggin' give Bd. of Directors and Management a substantial raise in compensation - the latter increase is CHF 5,000,000 pool to be split among Mgmt. Team, which I believe numbers only 6-8 people.
That's just being greedy!
