We just had the Cert of Designation on 11/16. This shows a few things. He is still actively working on the shell and he has moved preferred shares either to himself or another person. Remember this is also done just before issuance of controlling shares to a buyer. Although I agree it would be awesome to wake up tomorrow to see this wrapping up, we all know that these take time. In turn, you can make a nice profit by waiting a bit longer. We are in a good position here.
