Very unfortunate that he is allowed by the government agencies designed to oversee these kind of crooks to stay in business. Utterly amazing how he can drop a press release or a financial report that causes people to act in them for the gain of his company. I refuse to accept the concept that the Wild West of Pinkies allows a CEO to be allowed to not tell the truth allows one to keep practicing like this. I guess he is definitely one more to add to the list of CEOs to never invest in.
