Normally, those who have mastered this art of linguistic obfuscation, often look to deliberately distort the unwitting peruser of posts. When pressed by facts however, they employ what is called "The Walk Back". Together, it's an extremely effective means to offset deliberate malfeasance with the hope to remain relevant in future misleadings.

However I do find this post to be accurate, void of toxicity and worthy of re-print.

At the end of the day, anything is possible in OTC world. To make things happen, all it takes for two parties to sit together, agree on something and make a decision. Everything else is just a formality….DA can happen overnight despite everything else….it can happen any day, under any circumstances.
