Windfall? Seriously?! Past 12 years & PPS has gone nowhere

Could have bought TSLA for $200 and gone to $1600

Could have bought Trump 'tip' on $WKHS battery car in Ohio for $1.50 and went to $16 and higher.

So many stocks to compare, but $8 from $2 is not a windfall. It is:

a) get back for shorts' games, b/c they knew "no immediate action.
b) earnings did not equate to PPS appreciation b/c govt. was taking it all
