I WORRY ABOUT THE CASH ON HAND. THEY'VE ALWAYS ISSUED SHARES AT A DISCOUNT TO RAISE CASH. THEY DO NEED CASH AND WITH THE SH/PX HAVING RISEN THEY MAY BE THINKING OF FLOATING SOME SHARES SOON.
