Supposedly the Oxford/Astra vaccine will be tested on children, pregnant women and infants were brought up too, I think.
These vaccines, even Moderna, have to be kept cold without defrosting. Moderna not so cold but still......
So who is going to be the first to try? Our healthcare workers are already stressed to the brink. Doctors without borders are even coming into the US to help.
My point is that we can ill afford to lose frontline workers, our healthcare professionals. Hopefully these vaccines are safe. Long lasting memory not a problem right now. The need for a vaccine is now, but am hoping they don't rush one out just because of that need.
