Just to be clear, no one invests more then thy can lose in an OTC stock. Everyone knows the OTC, no longer traded by Etrade, is 99:1 ratio, of losers. Some Brokerage firms are no longer allowing OTC stocks to be traded. The SEC is making all OTC companies fill out a new form 211 each year now, as opposed to the initially. Things are bound to get a bit dicey from here on out. About time for some regulations that help shareholders down here. Perhaps info will be forthcoming, once they generate some.
