(USOTC: VGID) is excited to announce that the conclusion of the extensive process of incubating Leaf of Faith Beverage, Inc (USOTC: LOFB) is imminent. Leaf of Faith’s disclosure documents have been approved and are currently pending uploading to OTC Markets. Once the disclosure document is uploaded on OTC Markets and LOFB becomes “Current”, V Group and Leaf of Faith will be initiating the process of performing the allocation of Leaf of Faith shares to V Group shareholders.
