This Q was between June 2020 and September 2020.

I would consider this the ramping up of operations phase.

But I am going to question every move they make. I send messages and emails of I see something is amiss. They usually respond quick enough.

That being said, I let them know that as an investor I will protect MY best interests.

Including what is going on with the West Virginia location.
