But Jef must now prove that there is a real share buyback going on otherwise he and this company is toast.

He never filed for approval to do a buyback from either the State SOS or the SEC? He can now claim in court that it was all hearsay stemming from an 'intention' to do one (maybe he casually mentioned it in response to a question from a podcaster) LOL??
