Yes...ETrade won't let you get shares cause it is CE.
But, you will be able too in December when the CE gets taken off and returns to PINK status.

Check otcmarkets, the filings are there and takes 30 days to remove and the filings are dated 10/30/20, so look for it to come off & return to PINK in the first or second week of December.
