No business case shared then no RS approved. It’s really that simple. I’m not sure why companies expect a blind RS approval. We need a good reason if they want it approved. Plus when the RS is voted down the stock will always jump and run. So what’s in it for the company and BIG NO is best for shareholders unless there’s a great BP on the table. Has anyone seen a business plan?
