An official announcement would send fnf into major lift off... This essentially releases them if the seniors are cancelled... Each entity has hired major consultants to lead them to recapitalization which just leaves the warrants... The warrants would likely be used to recapitalize (about 5 billion shares) share price would need to be above $40 for that to work so a small r/s likely some time in 2021 would be needed
