His salary is nonsense.... for sure.... But, explain the warrants into dollar figures($7 mil), for the lay person.... the compensation, as it sits right now, would put anshu 94% underwater, which is worth $240k..... It would cost him
$7 mil to get $250k..... everyone mad at his compensation package, but no one explains how he turns that into actual cash..... Like I said, his salary is beyond ridiculous.... I make more profit owning real estate investment business.... but I guess I don’t take that much out to pay my salary, lol....

I guess, if I was the executive, and I’m pushing revenue growth as a reason to buy my stock(capital markets). Especially looking for influx of capital, prior to the 3rd quarter, I would have rescinded 75% of my warrants..... that should help the balance sheet, as it hurt taking the compensation..... the company then would have shown profit, and made it easier to dilute....

Why would you hurt the company(on paper) on purpose, when you can issue warrants at any point....?

You look at Andy dhruv linked in? He like a bang energy post.... I thought they were a multi billion dollar Corp... but they’re only posting a revenue of a 100 mil.... I bet they’d like to go public....
