New here, I found this premarket on biggest gainers and losers this morning and I saw that it dropped to 1.32 actually 20% less than the discount they had given for the shares they sold. Every small company like this sells shares to keep them afloat till they start making money. Admit the discount was a whopper but they now have $6 million in the bank. This was a no brainer for me and I bought immediately this morning for 1.32 and again at 1.2 so I was up 7% today. This is headed back up. JMO
