According to newsletters and public info: Davis came aboard WRFX primarily because he reviewed the Paranotek Patent (Paranotek is supposed to be a 51% owned subsidiary of WRFX) and software and believed it could be very valuable and wanted "in". A year later, a group of software developers from Washington DC were commissioned to build an API for that patent software and that group claimed it was finished and it worked! It was around then (according to lawsuits) that Davis told Listermann to get out or he and several shareholders would sue him and offered him a severance package which I guess was never paid). Davis then spent 1.5 years talking solely about Lister and anything else he could and hoped everyone would forget about the "Parano" software and the API the Washington Group built. In my opinion, it was all a ruse to take the technology out of the pubco and build it outside privately. That is why he has spent so much time in Finland and with Tunella as shown on Twitter and on his LinkedIn. Going "Dark" and not posting any updates is all to make shareholders go away cutting their losses while blaming Listy. Meanwhile, the golden goose is being built outside WRFX who is truly the rightful owner and all its shareholders. Think, why would Davis fight Listy to keep a company if it was worthless and full of legal issues unless he had something of value planned. Punchzee is an App owned primarily by WRFX. Chiangi hired WorldFlix to build software for his own company and agreed to allow that software to be duplicated for everyone under the banner, Punchzee, and as a joint partner. Punchzee should also be owned in great part by WRFX shareholders - not JC app version. So much truly going on here! All of this is available online and in the lawsuits - FYI
