You are making assumptions that most likely are not true. The restricted shares went to Tony's friends and family. Anyone who had millions and millions of shares, already has plenty of money and selling at these levels doesn't make sense. Something else is going on here. Also if it was just someone dumping, there would not be huge bids like there have been. I think next week, something big happens.
