They would have to give notice- they can't just up and cancel them without notifying the holders- they reserve the right to also change the execution price from how I read the filing. All that being said- I plan to execute as soon as I can (30 days after merger complete) since there will be no way possible to ever get any better of a discount (in my opinion) from where I bought.

I will buy warrants whenever they give a good discount to current share price, and are also trending to the upside (meaning that you would be getting less of a discount or paying a premium to buy a warrant as compared to just buying stock). It tends to show the future value of the stock. Chargepoint just came out with game changing news IMO... being on apple car play is huge. I am extremely bullish on SBE/Chargepoint- I didn't hesitate loading the boat around $13-14 on stock but never thought to check the warrants. So glad I stumbled into them by chance a day or two before the Apple CarPlay news. Doubt this falls back as I don't yet believe the merger is completely priced into this.
