RICHARD/Rachel is not an infectious disease specialist, rather a Pediatrician. And is also a Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Penn State School of Medicine.

Wonder if RICHARD/RACHEL is actively seeking psychiatric therapy for his/her gender dysphoria !
