I think he threw all those preferreds out there to slow the stock and reduce the pps. Before he is ready to reorganize, he will significantly r/s the preferreds. The commons will be of signifactly lower value compared to the preferreds, this is one way to favor your longs. The commons will for all practical purposes die out, imo.
