the fact that the intent is to have both subsidiary companies public

Which to buy, which to buy...

And nothing's going public until the accounting is in-order and GFTX is up-to-date.

Operationally or otherwise.

2021 for the accounting?

2022 maybe for the spin-offs?

Imo smart-money investors will continue to be "patient and methodical" before committing too much here.
