Here's how I figure it now after some reading:

So each warrant allows me to buy 1 share of Common A stock at $11.50 in the future.

I paid $6.65 the other day for each warrant I bought (SBE+ or SBE WS) so $11.50 + $6.65 = $18.05 would be my price of 1 SBE stock.

Since SBE is trading at $27.53 right now, I would get them at a discount of $9.48 ($27.53 current PPS - $18.05 my warrant exercise price)
