Sure it is? This shell doesn't have .10c to its name.... The filings will be "bogus" so they do not get downgraded into the Grey's. This turd hasn't had $10 in a bank account since I've been here and that is since 2010/11. This IS A SHELL and has been since 2007 but more-so around 2011 when hundreds of bag-holders got caught here. 3 bogus CEO's have run this since with 99.3% of the time at NO BID.... You will get caught here like hundreds before. Look up the definition of a SHELL and this scam would be the perfect example.... Good Luck Here???
