And what other Q stock do you know of that gave shareholders a one for one stock transaction? Unheard of.

All issued and outstanding shares of common stock (PIOIQ) are deemed cancelled pursuant to Plan of bankruptcy. Shares of new common stock issued by the company as re-organized debtor (New Symbol: PIOE) will be issued to each holder of cancelled shares. Each cancelled share of PIOIQ shall be replaced by a share of new stock (PIOE) on a 1 for 1 basis. See UPC notice 20-2017
