Rutherford was just a puppet for one of many Jon Fullenkamp, Ed Aruda (Direct Capitol) share selling scams. They merged Jeff Lewis's BBRW business into their long running VTNL scam (see a partial list below) in Jan 2020 in return for a $4 million consulting agreement with a newly formed Florida LLC Bgreen that they created in Dec 2019.

The $4 million in convertible preferred shares have already been dumped on naive BBRW shareholders (it's in the 10-Q) BBRW shareholders got ZERO in real assets from Bgreen in return for the $4 mil.
