Yes, it's called an opposition. Under a normal briefing schedule, GDSI could also reply to the opposition. However and because the damages hearing is coming up quickly, the judge noted in his order that he may rule without seeing GDSI's reply. He will not rule until Rontan files their opposition or until after the 25th which is when the opposition is due.
