10/15: <<We expect to start our launch sometime in the 4th quarter, as Ive mentioned previously. This is somewhat dependent upon our funding, and also to a small degree, dependent upon our third-party partners. But, that said, I believe we are in good shape.>>

11/13: <<We just started our beta tests with the technology we’ve been working on for over two years now and so far the tests are going quite well. We hope in the next two or three months, we’ll actually start getting these out into the field on a commercial basis.>>

We should be fine longer term, but 3 months is mid February which looks like a change in expectation. The PR of Q&A was very transparent but this interview PR seems to reflect a change in timelines, so some further clarification/detail would be helpful at this point.
