So, ask yourself this question, why have a liquidation preference of $4 million to sell the Company for $4 million and get nothing for all the other equity you own? Or, build a new major oil and gas company with the worlds best horizontal drilling technology and sell it for $500 million to $1 billion and for that you get the first $4 million, sign me up, or I already am.
