Based on the sudden changes in the Float. Went from 46mill (Which was listed on the OTC site days agao.) and some change to now 525 mill.. are they foreshadowing a 1/8 RS.

It appears they may need one to tighten this ship in order to go forward . It isnt unheard of with the amount of shares. People keep saying No RS and No RS , but it doesnt appear Gary is being honest on other fronts.
