I'm more interested in technology than parsing legal documents. I admit to having misinterpreted some details, but most investors don't want to be in a position of trying to figure out who is telling the truth when a company's embroiled in lawsuits with its previous CEO's.

Posting about "Direct Energy" goes back to the discussion of how much to assume investors know. I'll agree to disagree on that. I also disagree with the notion of ignoring those who don't disclose their holdings.
