It’s confusing, but I think without subscription means one time order and then 1 case costs $36.
12 months X $36 = $432 per year (without subscription)

With subscription you pay $28.99 per case and you will get 1 case per month.
12 months X $28.99 = $347.88 per year (with subscription)

Maybe I am wrong, but I think it’s working that way I described above.
